Shipping policy

Our standard processing time is up to 5-15 working days. Your order can be sent up to and including the 16th working day from the date you placed your order.

However, during the peak wedding months it can extend to 15 business days.

All our standard orders are sent by Royal Mail 48 hour delivery which estimates 2-3 business days from the date of postage.

For delayed deliveries we aim to post your order no later than 2 weeks before your wedding so they should be with you 2-3 days following.

However, in peak wedding months it can be a little later but please try not to worry your order is being processed.

If you haven’t received your order 7 days before your wedding then please contact us and we will deal with your order as a priority.
